The Full Text Dissertations and Theses Database is often a useful source for identifying instruments used in recent studies.
However, reprinting an instrument in your own dissertation will require permission from the copyright holder of that dissertation. That permission must be included in an appendix of your dissertation.

You may find in your Dissertation that while you may get permission to USE a test, you most likely WILL NOT get permission to reprint it.
