File format: AVI Video codec: DivX or Xvid Audio codec: MP3 or AAC
"Current State of the Art" File format: MP4 Video codec: H.264 Audio codec: AAC "All-Open No-Patent Alternative" File format: Ogg Media Video codec: Theora Audio codec: Vorbis
Not Recommended: FLV; Quicktime, Q [something] , MOV, WMV
Prohibited: : .Exe
Files “we will not host executable files (for example,
DOS/Windows *.exe files) or other formats that can carry viruses"
